Tokwat Baboy
Ingredients:
1 pack/brick - tokwa (sliced into cubes)
1/4k -pork loin (sliced into cubes)
4 clove- garlic (peeled and sliced)
4 tbs - cane vinegar
3 tbs - soy sauce
oil for frying
salt and pepper to taste
** season pork and tokwa with salt and pepper. fry pork until brown then set aside.. fry tokwa until light brown on all sides(make sure you are watching it cook or else it will burn). dry tokwa in a paper.. then mix all the ingredients in a bowl..
